  • Step 1 Make payments via the accepted payment Methods and Send the proof of the payment (i.e. pay slip or screenshot of the transaction) to the contacts below:

  • Step 3 Send to the respective WhatsApp number in Step 2 above your particulars i.e. Your full name, e-mail, your physical address and the subjects you have paid for
  • Step 4 Receive the login details (link, username and password) within 15 minutes after making the payments, so as to start enjoying our services right away.
Accessing the online platform

Go to the link
Go to the link online.covenantfinco.com via any internet browser, e.g., Google Chrome, edge, safari, explorer, Mozilla, opera mini, etc.

Enter credentials
Enter the username "in lowercase" and the default password i.e.Covenant@123 Note that the "C" in the password is in uppercase while the rest of the letters are in lower case.

Note: You can not use our mobile apps before changing your password via any of the normal browsers above

Change the password by entering the default password as the current password i.e. Covenant@123 then enter your own unique password in the New password field then repeat your new password again in the next field then click save changes
NB: your new password must have a total length of 8 or more characters and must have atleast one UPPERCASE letter, a number and a unique character like @, *, $, #, etc. E.g. Bingo@1425
Step 3: Terms and Conditions
Read the Terms and conditions carefully and understand each term.
Scroll down to the bottom of the terms and click Yes to agree so as to proceed with the next step.
Incase you do not accept the terms and click no the process will be aborted that you may need to start from step 1 otherwise you can consult our representative for clarifications regarding the terms and conditions.
CFC ONLINE SYSTEM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms (together with any schedules and exhibits thereto, the "Agreement") are set between COVENANT FINANCIAL CONSULTANTS, a Limited Company, having a principal place of business located at Dar es Salaam ("Company") and all the online CFC system users (subscribers).
WHEREAS, Company desires to offer an online review class services and desires to provide access to online teaching services to the subscriber, and the Subscriber desires to be engaged by Company for the Services on the terms and in accordance with the pricing and schedule set forth herein; and WHEREAS, Company and Subscriber further agree on terms and conditions as set forth below that will apply to online services provided by the company
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the covenants and agreements contained herein, the parties hereto agree as follows:
  1. The subscriber agrees to take the classes seriously, watch all lectures and take notes for all the lectures before sitting for the exam.
  1. The said access to online services will be provided to the subscriber only for the current NBAA exams that the subscriber has paid for and therefore the access granted is scheduled to expire as soon as the current NBAA exams end. The access will therefore be renewed only upon making a new payment in case a subscriber wishes to enroll again for the upcoming session.
  1. As a requirement to be given an access, the subscriber agrees to provide valid full names as
Steps 4-7: Using the Platform

Access My Courses
Go to "My Courses" on the dashboard where you will find all the courses (subjects) that you have paid for.

Select subject
Click on the subject you wish to start accessing and studying currently so as to access its video lectures as well as the associate handouts and a study manual embedded within.

Find resources
After getting inside the course (subject), you will find a discussion forum, a study manual (Read only i.e. cannot be downloaded) and Handouts (can be downloaded and printed)

Download handouts
First and foremost, you can download (as well as printing) the handouts containing questions and supplementary notes that you will need when viewing the video lectures, so as to keep up with the lectures.

Scroll down and click the name of the respective topic to so as to access the video lectures of the respective topic
Step 7
When playing the video lecture you can choose to make the video full screen, pause, rewind, forward and change the playback speed.
After watching a video lecture, scroll below the video to check for another part of the topic and watch the video of the next part of the topic.
Once you're done with the topic you can click the next activity (topic) or the previous activity (topic).

You can enroll to the online classes anytime. There is no any specific starting date.

The online access expires soon after the exams for the respective session.

The video lectures are pre-recorded such that you can access them any time.
Can I ask a question where I have queries when studying online?
Yes, the tutors are available to help you for guidance anytime you need.
Do I need an internet connection anytime I need to access the service?
Yes, the video lectures requires an internet connection to access the service.
Can I download the video lectures?
No! Due to privacy and security reasons, you can only stream the videos.
How do I get the study kit and handouts to follow-up with lectures?
All materials and handouts are available online for download and printing
Can I also attend physical classes without any additional costs?
You can attend as much as it's not often. Else pay TZS 50,000 extra per subject
How much do I pay if I fail my exams, and I need to re-use online classes?
We offer 20% discount for students re-sitting via our online classes?
Do the fees include problem solving sessions or only lectures?
The Fees includes Lectures with Free problem-solving sessions
Are the Free problem solving same as the Grande Finale solvings?
No, Grande finale solvings package is available at 50,000 per subject
Can I also attend the physical solving sessions after paying for online?
Yes, you can attend the physical solving sessions without extra charges
Are the Postgraduate Diploma courses also conducted online?
Yes, the postgraduate courses are aligned with CPA courses online
Are the Postgraduate Diploma assessments and exams online based?
The tests and exams are conducted physically at our centers
Are the ICT modules included in the fees and are they practical?
The ICT modules will be paid for at a fee of TZS 50,000 per module
